1. Restrictions on Use of Materials

WebQuench owns all data and digital content accessible through its site, including automation templates, strategies, training content, and downloadable resources. Access is licensed, not sold.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use WebQuench materials strictly for your personal or internal business use, and not for resale, redistribution, public display, or derivative creation.

You may not:

• Build or resell products/services based on WebQuench IP

• Share login access or proprietary materials

• Re-engineer or reproduce WebQuench tools or processes

2. Ownership & Licensing

Due to the digital nature of our services, WebQuench does not offer refunds for consulting, AI automations, training programs, or downloadable tools.

All purchases are final. If you are unsure about your readiness to implement, please do not purchase.

Membership or subscription services (if applicable) require a 14-day written notice for cancellation. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

For any physical products shipped (e.g. branded merch or kits), customers outside the U.S. are responsible for customs, duties, or import fees.

4. Shipping & International Customers

By using our site, services, or programs, you agree not to disclose or misuse confidential information from WebQuench. This includes:

• Automation systems and strategy

• Client workflows

• Internal software, templates, or data

• Custom-built AI solutions

You agree to protect all confidential materials, regardless of format, and not to replicate or distribute without written permission.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

WebQuench makes no guarantees of results or earnings. The success of any automation system depends on multiple factors, including your niche, business model, execution, and effort.

Examples, testimonials, or results from past clients are not indicative of guaranteed success. Use your own judgment and consult professional advisors before implementing business strategies.

6. No Guarantees & Earnings Disclaimer

All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WebQuench disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

WebQuench is not liable for:

• Errors or interruptions on the site

• Business losses related to automation usage

• Damages from reliance on strategies presented

In no event shall WebQuench’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business but will not exceed 4 messages per month unless specifically requested.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

12.SMS/Text Messaging Opt-In Policy

This section applies to all AI-powered chatbot products, including but not limited to the Mortgage Chatbot, RefiGPT, Home Affordability Navigator, and any future chatbot systems created, managed, or maintained by WebQuench (“Chatbots”).

a. Service Description

WebQuench Chatbots are custom-built conversational tools designed to engage, qualify, and capture leads for clients in industries such as mortgage, real estate, and professional services. Chatbots may be embedded into client websites, CRMs, or landing pages and are offered as software-as-a-service (SaaS).

b. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring chatbot usage complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and lending or advertising disclosure laws (RESPA, TILA).

Reviewing chatbot responses prior to public launch.

Providing accurate and compliant business data used in chatbot configurations.

c. Data Collection & Privacy

Chatbots may collect personal information such as names, contact details, and loan preferences for lead generation purposes. WebQuench does not sell or misuse end-user data. All data collected through the chatbot is transmitted directly to the client’s CRM, webhook, or inbox. Clients must disclose chatbot data collection practices to users through a visible Privacy Policy or consent notice.

d. AI Limitations

Chatbots use artificial intelligence and may generate responses dynamically. They are not substitutes for professional financial, legal, or lending advice. WebQuench makes no guarantees of accuracy or completeness for AI-generated content. Clients are encouraged to audit chatbot behavior regularly.

e. Maintenance & Support

Clients subscribed to a Monthly Maintenance Plan ($25/month) receive ongoing prompt refinements, software patches, and security updates. Major modifications or new features may be subject to additional fees.

f. Fees, Refunds & Cancellation

One-time setup fees are non-refundable after project initiation.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellation requests must be made prior to the next billing cycle.

g. Liability

WebQuench is not liable for damages, miscommunication, lost leads, or business losses arising from chatbot operation, integration issues, or AI-generated content. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client within the last 90 days.

h. Future Products

This Addendum automatically applies to all current and future chatbot products released by WebQuench under any brand or service name. Updates to these provisions will be posted at https://webquench.com/terms-of-use

, and continued use of chatbot services constitutes acceptance of such updates.

13. AI Chatbot Addendum (All Current and Future Chatbots)

WebQuench may terminate your access to services or this website at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy any copies of protected materials.
